Brian Forsyth has completed a two year program at the Berkshire Hills Music Academy in Massachusetts. He is continuing his studies at the College for Living at Prince George's Community College in Maryland. He lives in Washington DC and following is a letter about how this scholarship will impact him.

Dear Ms. Kidder:

Thank you very much for selecting me to receive one of your scholarships from the Band of Angels Foundation. It helps so much for transportation and materials for class. I attend the Prince Georges Community College in upper Marlboro, Maryland. I continued my education there after graduating from the Berkshire Hills Music Academy in Massachusetts in May 2005.

The Prince Georges Community College has a College for Living program for persons with special needs to reinforce our skills in reading, math and computers. Their main focus is teaching us how to count money so people won't cheat us. I have learned a lot and met new friends. I have received my first certificate for the first semester. I will be going back at the end of January 2006 to complete my first year. I love going there because they take a personal interest in us and make sure we understand how to count money.

Brian Forsythe
