Ernie Upsyndrome

Friday, November 2, 2007 @ 3:33 PM

=Ernie is probably the funniest person you will ever meet. Some of the stuff that comes out of his mouth is amazing! I mean, my family has a sense of humor, but this little kid is on a different level. When he was little, he used to be in love with Barney and it drove me insane. He's 14 now, and his new thing is Buffy and the girls from Charmed.

Sometimes Ernie acts like he can't do things just so he doesn't have to do them. It took awhile to catch on to what he was doing. He's definitely smart. If you turn your back he will drink your coffee and eat your candy. He likes to sweep and do dishes. It might take him a long time to learn things in school, but his personality is one of the best I know. He compliments us all the time and has nicknames for everyone. Mine is pumpkin, currently. He likes to change it up. My mom and him are best friends. I think that they are soul mates. He is always in love with my boyfriends and every person I've ever introduced him to instantly falls in love with him. He has a lot of health problems and it never really seems to stop. I think that he should have it a little easier on him since he already has to deal with a lot.

He says that when he's 18, he's going to join the Army and be like me. I was ten when he was born and I remember everything being confusing. Mostly, I remember thinking why is his name Ernie?!! Everyone said that life with him would be harder. That's not true, though. It's just the oppositve; Ernie being in our life makes everything easier.
